Tor Moson and Mike Bray (the legendary brewer behind Bray's Brewing 1995–2018, the first craft brewery in the Sebago Lakes region) reunited to open Lakes Region Brewing in 2024, in the former Chute's Cafe on Route 302 in Casco. Traditional ales — many revived from Bray's recipes — alongside new styles, weekly cask ales, and pizza by Naples Homeslice.
