Harris Turkey Farm is an independent food business based on the Southern Maine Coast in West Newfield. The family-run three-acre farm raises pastured turkeys and operates a year-round farm store and commercial kitchen serving handmade turkey pot pies in four styles, soups, stews, chili, cranberry relish, and New York-style cheesecakes including the much-praised maple pecan. Founded in 2014 by Jason and Chase Harris, the operation also runs a summer food trailer.
