Broad Arrow Farm Market & Butcher is an independent food business based in Midcoast Maine. The Bristol farm raises heritage-breed pigs, poultry, and sheep on pasture and silvopasture across the Pemaquid Peninsula using regenerative methods, and operates a whole-animal butcher and on-site charcuterie program. Founded by Dan and Maggy Sullivan with co-owner Anna Hymanson, the farm sells through 20-plus Maine restaurants and butcher shops. After closing for renovations in 2024, the farm market and The Rooting Pig charcuterie bar reopened in July 2026, with a century-old chicken barn restored into a year-round restaurant. The Rooting Pig is open Thursday through Sunday, serving a menu built on Maine's seasonal harvest alongside a craft beverage program.
